Ramsey II is wanted for a Nationwide pickup felony warrant for trafficking in heroin. Ramsey is described as a 33-year-old Caucasian male, who's five-feet-eleven-inches tall, weighs 220 pounds, and has red hair and blue eyes. His address is listed as the 300 block of Kibler Ave.

Up to $1,000 Reward for Information on Break-Ins

Break-In #1 Sometime between Oct. 15-16, suspect(s) broke into a storage shed of a home located in the 1100 block of W. Main St. and stole several power tools including a leaf blower, a snow blower, a chainsaw, and several other tools.

Break-In #2 Sometime between Oct. 7-10. someone broke into a mini storage site in the 1500 block of Coffman Rd. and stole several power tools including drills, saws, nailers, and other power tools.

The Heath Police Department reports around 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 26, suspect(s) broke into a fenced in area behind the store and stole 10 Troy-Bilt snowblowers. A store video camera shows the suspect(s) used a dark colored SUV with a white trailer to haul away the stolen items.

The Newark Police Department reports on Oct. 10, unknown person(s) entered an apartment on W. Main St. and stole several items including a debit/credit card belonging to the victim. Later that night, two suspects were seen using the debit/credit card at the Circle K located at W. Church St. and N. 11th St. in Newark. The store's surveillance camera took pictures of the two suspects.
