Reward Offered for Info on Gun Stolen from Truck in Newark



Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in the theft of a gun from a vehicle in Newark.  The Newark Division of Police reports, between June 19-20, suspect(s) broke a window on a truck parked on the 700 block of Midway Ave., and stole a Ruger 9mm semi-automatic pistol.

Anyone with information on this crime is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888 or 1-888-488-9058. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time.    

Crime Stoppers also takes calls from persons with information about any felony. Information leading to the arrest and indictment of a felony suspect could qualify the caller for a reward as determined by the Crime Stoppers’ Board. Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization. Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for anyone with information leading to the arrest of five individuals.  The Licking County Adult Court Services Department is actively searching for: Jordan Cline, Robin Compton, Brady Dunlap, Justin MacNealy, and Christopher Reynolds.  They are wanted for probation violations.

Reward Offered for Info on Assault and Robbery at Gas Station




Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a robbery and assault at a gas station in Etna Township.  The Licking County Sheriff’s office reports, on June, 10 around 11:50 p.m., a man and woman entered the Speedway on the 9700 block of Etna-Hazelton Rd (Ohio 310) and were seen leaving the store with a number of items they had not paid for. An employee followed the suspects out of the store and approached the man. According to witnesses, the man pushed and grabbed the employee.  The suspects then fled in what was described as a white pick-up truck.
