Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for anyone with information leading to the arrest of Kevin D. Hoffer. The Newark Division of Police reports Hoffer has an outstanding warrant for Theft From the Elderly. 

 

Hoffer is described as a 43-year-old, white male, 5-feet-5-inches tall, 160 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. His address is unknown.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hoffer is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888 or 1-888-488-9058. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time.
