Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest in Theft from Home in Newark

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a breaking and entering and theft from a home in Newark.  The Newark Division of Police reports, between Jan. 13-14, suspect(s) broke into a shed at a home in the 400 block of N. 11th Street and stole multiple items including an air compressor, generator and a power washer.

A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time. Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a theft from a restaurant in Newark.  The Newark Division of Police reports, between Jan. 25-26, suspect(s) broke into Bavellie’s Pizzeria at 2066 Cherry Valley Road and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.

Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest of Suspect in Theft from Home Depot in Newark



Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a theft from a business in Newark.  The Newark Division of Police reports, on Thursday, Feb. 9., a white male, wearing all black clothing entered the Home Depot on 21st North Street and walked out with a cart full of copper valued at $5,000.  When an employee approached the suspect, he flashed a gun and threatened the employee.  He was last seen driving a cream colored or light brown sedan, with a license tag in the back window.  The suspect was said to be about six-feet tall, with dirty blonde hair, few teeth and a neck tattoo.
