County Crime Stoppers is offering cash rewards
for anyone with information leading to arrest(s) in 16 most wanted
cases. The Licking County Adult Court Services reports:
Richard Lynn Keylor, Jr. |
- Richard Lynn Keylor, Jr. of New Guilford Rd. Bladensburg, is wanted on theft charges. Keylor, is described as a 30-year-old Caucasian male, 5-foot-11 tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Thor Brisson - Thor Brisson, of Greenbriar Lane, Hebron, who's wanted on charges of illegal manufacturing or cultivation, and possession of criminal tools. Brisson is described as a 42-year-old Caucasian male, 5-foot-7 tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Alexander S. Childress - Alexander S. Childress, of Glenn Brook Ave., Newark, is wanted on charges of trafficking in drugs and tampering with evidence. Childress is described as a 21-year-old African American male, 5-foot-10 tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Herbert E. Christian Herbert E. Christian, of Wilkins St., Newark, is wanted on charges of theft and misuse of a credit card. Authorities say Christian is described as a 63-year-old Caucasian male, 5-foot-10 tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.Tonya Devito - Tonya K. Devito, of Doris Rd., Pataskala, is wanted for theft. Devito is described as a 38-year-old Caucasian female.
Sean A, Rostofer - Sean A. Rostofer, of the 100 block of Maholm St., Newark, is wanted for burglary and drug issues. Rostofer, is described as a 27-year-old Caucasian male, 5-foot-6 tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Otis T. Harris - Otis T. Harris, of Executive Dr., Newark, is wanted on charges on receiving stolen property. Harris is described as 22-year-old African American male, who's 6-foot-3 tall, weighing 189 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Austin G. Lough - Austin G. Lough, of N. Williams St., Newark, is wanted for breaking and entering. Lough is described as an 18-year-old Caucasian male, 5-foot-10 tall, weighing 162 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.
David Curtis Mason - David Curtis Mason, of W. National Rd. Newark, is wanted on felony drug possession charges. Mason is described as a 32-year-old Caucasian male, 6-foot-2 tall, weighing 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Barclay W. McCualsky - Barclay W. McCualsky, of N. 30th St. Newark, is wanted on charges of: felony drug possession, breaking, and entering, theft, RSP, and vandalism. McCualsky is described as a 28-year-old Caucasian male, 6-foot-1 tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anthony Montgomery - Anthony Montgomery, of S. 33rd St., Newark, is wanted on felony drug possession charges. Montgomery is described as a Caucasian male, 5-foot-10 tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Danielle Shackleford - Danielle Shackleford, of Spencer St., Newark, is wanted on felony possession charges. Shackleford is described as a 40-year-old African American female, 6-feet tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Angela M. Sontag - Angela M. Sontag, of King Rd. Newark, is wanted on felony possession charges. Sontag is described as a 24-year-old Caucasian female, 5-foot-1 tall, weighing 135 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.

- Katelynn Copper, of Wilwood Ave., Newark is wanted on theft charges. Copper is described as a 19-year-old Caucasian female, 5-foot-7 tall, weighing 200 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
- Joseph Malcom, AKA Malcolm, of Commodore Ave., Newark, is wanted on drug trafficking charges.

- Jason Wears, of Hudson Ave., Newark, is wanted on felony possession charges. Wears is described as a 36-year-old Caucasian male, 5-foot-11 tall, weighing 160 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Authorities say do not
approach any of these most wanted suspects, and anyone with
information on their whereabouts is urged to call the Licking County
Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888 or 1-888-488-9058. A special coding
system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward
to be issued at a later time.
Crime Stoppers also takes
calls from persons with information about any felony. Information
leading to the arrest and indictment of a felony suspect could
qualify the caller for a reward as determined by the Crime Stoppers’
