Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest in a Theft from a Heath Business

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a theft from a business in Heath.  The Heath Division of Police reports, on Saturday, Dec. 17 around 5:00 pm, a white male entered the Dick’s Sporting Goods store in Heath and stole an employee’s wallet that was on a counter next to a register. The wallet contained credit/debit cards and car keys.  One of the cards was used at the BP Gas Station on Hebron Road.  The suspect was described as being in his mid to late 20’s, with a long black beard.


Anyone with information on this crime is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time.
