Reward Offered for info on Gun Thefts in Newark

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in gun thefts in Newark. The Newark Police Department reports on Nov. 6 suspect(s) stole a .22 caliber semiautomatic rifle from a car parked in the 200 block of Maholm Street. On Nov. 9, suspect(s) entered a detached garage in the first block of S. 35th Street and stole a 20 gauge shotgun. In addition, between Nov. 18-19 suspect(s) stole a .45 caliber pistol from a car parked in the first block on S. 32nd Street.

Reward Offered for Info on Stolen Guns and Ammo on S. 27th St. Home


Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a home burglary in Newark in which a number of guns were reported stolen. The Newark Police Department reports between Nov. 15-16 suspect(s) entered the home located in the first block of S. 27th St. and stole ten guns including a Calico Liberty 9mm with 5 clips and a HiPoint 9mm with scope and 6 clips.

Reward Offered for Info on Theft at Mills Mini Warehouse

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a theft from a storage unit in Heath. The Heath Police Department reports between Oct. 19 and Oct. 24 suspect(s) cut the locks off six storage units at Mills Mini Warehouse located on Industrial Park.  A 2300 watt generator was reported stolen from one of the units.

Reward Offered for Info on Home Buglary on Linville Rd. in Heath

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a home burglary in Heath. The Heath Police Department reports on Tuesday, Sept. 9 between 11:00 a.m.-1:15 p.m. suspect(s) forced open a door at a home located in the 500 block of Linnville Rd. and stole several pieces of jewelry including a 30 year Rockwell retirement watch.  The total value of the jewelry is estimated to be $6,000.
