Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest of Jason Hysell in Animal Cruelty Case


Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a 38-year-old Newark man wanted in connection with an animal cruelty case.  The Newark Division of Police is actively searching for Jason Hysell. Hysell’s last known address is 137 Maholm Street.  He is described as a white male, with brown hair and a brown beard, green eyes, 5 feet 8 inches tall weighing approximately 185 pounds.


Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time. Crime Stoppers also takes calls from persons with information about any serious crime.
