Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest in Assault on Jefferson Road in Newark

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in an assault in Newark.  The Newark Division of Police reports, on Thursday, Nov. 17, at around 4:45 a.m., a woman was attempting to start her car in the 400 block of Jefferson Road when two men approached her, one suspect threw the woman to the ground and scratched her face.  The woman screamed for help and that is when the suspects fled the scene. Both men were dressed in black and wearing masks.

Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest in Robbery at Gas Station in Newark





Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a robbery from a convenience store in Newark.  The Newark Division of Police reports, on Thursday, Nov. 24, around 8:40 pm, a black male entered the Duke Gas Station on North 21st Street and demanded money from an employee.  The employee refused to give the man the money.  The suspect then stole the cash drawer and fled the scene.  The suspect was described as being five feet, eight inches tall, weighing 225 pounds.  He was wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, blue hat, with a blue bandana over his face.  He was driving a silver or gray, four door car, possibly an older Dodge Challenger.

Reward Offered for Information Leading to Arrest in Theft at Rent-A-Center in Newark

The Newark Division of Police reports, during the overnight hours on Friday, April 29, suspect(s) broke into the Rent-A-Center in the first block of West Main Street and stole a flat screen TV.  The suspect was described as a tall, white male driving a white SUV. Anyone with information on this crime is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888. Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest of Suspects in Theft from Goldies

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a theft from a gaming establishment in Newark. The Newark Division of Police reports, on Tuesday, April 5 between 5:30-9:30 pm, three men entered Goldies on South 5th Street and opened a cash door to one of the machines and removed the cash.  The suspects used the money to play other games.  The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of cash.
