Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an
arrest in the theft and use of credit cards. The Newark Division of Police reports, on Saturday,
July 15, credit cards were stolen from the men’s locker room of Planet Fitness on Deo Drive. The
credit cards were later used at Walmart to purchase Visa gift cards and phone cards that totaled
over $5,000. One suspect was said to be driving a dark colored car the other a gray SUV.
Anyone with information on this crime is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-
349-6888. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to
be issued at a later time. Crime Stoppers also takes calls from persons with information about any
