Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest of Suspect in Aggravated Robbery at Licking Memorial Health Systems Campus in Newark

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in an aggravated robbery in Newark. The Newark Division of Police reports, on Monday, April 15 around 10:00 pm, an employee was unloading a truck at the Licking Memorial Health Systems campus at 1717 West Main Street when he was approached by a man with a gun.  The suspect pointed the gun at the man and demanded his wallet or keys.  The suspect then fired his gun in the air before fleeing the scene.

The Newark Division of Police reports, on Tuesday, Dec. 26, at around 1:30 am, two men dressed in black broke into the Arcade, walked down the main hall, and then fled prior to police arriving on the scene.

The Newark Division of Police reports, on Wednesday, Dec. 20, suspect(s) broke into the State Farm office in the 400 block of Granville Rd. and stole several items including credit cards. The cards were later used at local convenience stores and a fast food restaurant.

On Wednesday, Nov. 1, suspect(s) stole a 2008 Suzuki motorcycle from a home in the 4000 block of Summit Rd.
