Reward Offered for Info on Gun Stolen from Car on N. 40th St.

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a gun stolen from a car. The Newark Division of Police reports between April 19-20, suspect(s) stole a 9 mm handgun from a car parked on N. 40th St. in Newark.

Anyone with information on this crime is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888 or 1-888-488-9058. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time.

Reward Offered for Info on Wehrle Home Burglary

The Newark Division of Police reports between April 21-22, suspect(s) broke into a home in the 400 block of Wehrle Ave. and stole two handguns, electronics, and cash.

Reward Offered in Misuse of Debit Card at Speedway on E. Main St.

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a debit card being used to purchase items at a gas station in Newark. The Newark Division of Police reports the card was used on the afternoon of April 27 at Speedway located at 364 E. Main St.
 
Pictures of the suspect were taken by the store's security camera. The suspect is described as a white male, about six-feet tall with a tattoo on his right forearm, and wearing a white t-shirt, and black ball cap. He was driving a red pick-up truck.

The debit card was stolen from a Newark woman.

Reward Offered for Info on Vansalism at Links at Echo Springs

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in vandalism at a golf course in Granville. The Licking County Sheriff's Department reports in the early morning hours of April 13, three suspects entered the property at the Links at Echo Springs Golf Course located at 5940 Loudon St. The suspects did damage to several golf carts, putting greens, and other equipment with a total damage estimate of approximately $60,000.
