Stoppers is offering cash rewards
for anyone with information leading to arrest(s) in these nine most wanted cases. The Licking County Adult Court Services reports:

Steven J.
Dechesne, of Reddington Rd., Newark, is wanted on drug charges.
Authorities say do not approach Dechesne, who's described as a
42-year-old white male, 5-foot-11 tall, weighing 165 pounds, with
red hair and hazel eyes.

James
Westmoreland, of the 300 block of Napolean Ave., Columbus is
wanted on an assault on a peace officer charge. Authorities say do
not approach Westmoreland, who's described as a 38-year-old black
male, 5-foot-4 tall, weighing 190 pounds, with black hair and brown
eyes.

Byerly, of Buena Vista St., Newark, is wanted on burglary and
drug charges. Authorities say do not approach Byerly, who's
described as a 21-year-old white male, 6-feet tall, weighing
160 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

of Wilwood Ave., Newark, is wanted on theft and drug issues.
Authorities say do not approach Copper, who's described as a
19-year-old white female, 5-foot-7 tall, weighing 200 pounds, with
blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Bonner, of the 100 block of S. Second St., Newark, is wanted for
theft. Authorities say do not approach Bonner, who's described as a
23-year-old black female, 5-foot-6 tall, weighing 145 pounds, with
brown hair and brown eyes.

of the 100 block of Maholm St., Newark, is wanted for burglary and
drug issues. Authorities say do not approach Rostofer, who's
described as a 27-year-old white male, 5-foot-6 tall, weighing 140
pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anderson, of the 300 block of W. Main St., Newark, is wanted for
drug charges and failure to appear. Authorities say do not approach
Anderson, who's described as a 33-year-old white male.

of the 100 block of W. Locust St., Newark, is wanted for theft.
Authorities say do not approach Branch, who's described as a
34-year-old female, 5-foot-3 tall, weighing 135 pounds, with brown
hair and brown eyes.

of the 100 block of S. First St., Newark, is wanted on drug charges.
Authorities say do not approach Elliott, who's described as a
36-year-old white male, 6-feet tall, weighing 230 pounds, with brown
hair and blue eyes
Authorities say do not
approach any of these most wanted suspects, and anyone with
information on their whereabouts is urged to call the Licking County
Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888 or 1-888-488-9058. A special coding
system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward
to be issued at a later time.
Crime Stoppers also takes
calls from persons with information about any felony. Information
leading to the arrest and indictment of a felony suspect could
qualify the caller for a reward as determined by the Crime Stoppers’
Board. Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization. Reward money
