Reward Offered for Info on Car Batteries Stolen from Russ's Auto Sales

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in the theft of multiple car batteries from a business in Newark.  The Newark Division of Police reports, between November 2015 and April 2016 14 batteries were stolen out of vehicles at Russ’s Auto Sales on Union Street.

Anyone with information on this crime is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888 or 1-888-488-9058. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time.

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in the use of counterfeit bills.  Over the last couple of months, the Newark Division of Police has investigated multiple reports of counterfeit $10 and $20 bills being passed at local gas stations, fast food restaurants and grocery stores.

Reward Offered for Info on Trailer Stolen from Tractor Supply Company

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in the theft of a trailer from a Newark business.  The Newark Division of Police reports, on April 18 suspect(s) stole a Carry-On Silver Aluminum Trailer valued at $1,800 from Tractor Supply Company on Deo Drive.
