Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest in Aggravated Robbery on N 21st St.

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in an aggravated robbery in Newark.  The Newark Division of Police reports, on Sunday, Sept. 8 at around 1:30am, a man was walking on the 900 block of N. 21^st St. when he was struck on the back of the head with a metal object.  The suspect fled with a gym bag filled with various items including a cell phone and wallet.  The suspect was described as a white male in his 30’s, with facial hair, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing roughly 160 pounds.  He was wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, dark shoes and a black toboggan style hat.  He was riding a BMX style bike.
