Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a robbery at a Newark gas station. The Newark Division of Police reports, on New Year’s Day around 11:00 pm, a black male entered the Circle K at 599 West Main Street, acted as if he had a gun in his coat pocket and demanded money. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. The man was said to be 6 feet 1 inches tall, wearing a hoodie and a mask.
Anyone with information on this crime

coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to
be issued at a later time. Crime Stoppers also takes calls from persons with
