Reward Offered for Info on Thefts from Downtown Newark Businesses



Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in thefts from several businesses in downtown Newark.  The Newark Division of Police reports, between March 9-March 30, suspect(s) broke into four businesses around W. Main St. near the Courthouse Square and stole numerous items including cash, a computer, tools and various office items and supplies.

Anyone with information on these crimes is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888 or 1-888-488-9058. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time.    

Crime Stoppers also takes calls from persons with information about any felony. Information leading to the arrest and indictment of a felony suspect could qualify the caller for a reward as determined by the Crime Stoppers’ Board. Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization. Reward Offered for Info on Burglary on Marklan Rd. in Licking Twp.


Burglary Suspect

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in recent burglaries in Licking Township.  The Licking County Sheriff’s Office reports, during the early morning hours on Monday, April 10 suspect(s) entered a home in the 100 block of Marklan Rd. SE and stole cash, a wallet and a purse.  Later that morning someone broke into a car in the same neighborhood and stole a handgun. The suspect(s) may also be involved in many other car break-ins that have been occurring in Union and Licking Townships.

Reward Offered for Information on Most Wanted: Bowen, Lucas, and Travis












Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for anyone with information leading to the arrest of these individuals.  The Licking County Municipal Court is actively searching for David Bowen, James Lucas, and Jessica Travis.
