Reward Offered for Info on Thefts from Shed on N. 5th St. in Newark



Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a breaking and entering in Newark.  According to the Newark Division of Police, on March 14 between 3:00-7:00 a.m. suspect(s) broke into a shed at a home on the 200 block of N. 5th St. and stole nearly $6,000 worth of items including: a minibike, an air compressor, sporting equipment and various tools.

Anyone with information on this crime is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888 or 1-888-488-9058. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time.    

Crime Stoppers also takes calls from persons with information about any felony. Information leading to the arrest and indictment of a felony suspect could qualify the caller for a reward as determined by the Crime Stoppers’ Board. Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization. Reward Offered for Info on Burglary & Theft from Garage on Sherwood Downs



Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a burglary and theft in Newark.  According to the Newark Division of Police, on March 13 between 3:30-7:30 p.m. suspect(s) entered an open garage in the 400 block of Sherwood Downs and stole a 50cc dirt bike, with blue and white flames, and a kevlar army helmet and vest.
