Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of suspect(s) in any of these four crimes in Newark:
The Newark Police Department reports on Jan. 18, a suspect on a bicycle stole a delivered package from the porch of a home in the 400 block of Moull St. and then rode away. The suspect is described as a male wearing a blue jacket, face mask, dark pants, helmet, and black backpack. See picture.
The Newark Police Department reports on Feb. 5, suspect(s) stole a maroon colored Toyota RAV4, 4-door vehicle parked in the 300 block of Washington St.
The Newark Police Department reports on Jan. 15, suspect(s) used a BB gun to shoot and break windows on two vehicles parked in front of a home in the 600 block of Hollander St.
The Newark Police Department reports on Jan. 24, suspect(s) vandalized a car parked in the lot of the Moose Lodge located at 235 National Drive. The vehicle’s headlights were busted, the front seats were sliced by a sharp object, and the car radio was stolen.
Anyone with information on these crimes is urged to call the Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888. A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows for the reward to be issued at a later time.
